Tasting Flight: Spring Forward with "Resés"

Now that we’ve gotten our bodies adjusted to the extra hour of daylight gracing our days, it’s time to get our palates adjusted to sunnier, longer days. And while that often means more rosés in our lives, it also these days means more light-bodied, chill-able reds… and today, we’re navigating that gray area in between the two: Is it a full-bodied rosé or a light-bodied red? Shall we call it a resé?? (See what we did there?) Today we bust out the swingers, the bi-sensual in-betweens of red and rosé, those magenta-hued beauties that perhaps defy classification because they have every right to… and what fun is it being pigeon-holed into picking sides when there’s so much delight in being both?! - $15
