This Saturday, we’re thrilled to welcome South Africans Kiara Scott of Brookdale Estate and Melissa Genevieve Nelsen of Genevieve Méthode Cap Classique!

Join us in our Oakland shop from 4-7pm for a very special winemaker-led tasting event featuring two of the brightest rising stars of South Africa: Kiara Scott of Brookdale Estate and Melissa Genevieve Nelsen of Genevieve Méthode Cap Classique, along with their hugely exciting new importer, Culture Wine Co.

We'll be pouring Kiara and Melissa's wines all day on Saturday, 5/18, but you can meet these two powerhouse women as well as importer Peter Andrews, while learning directly from them about their home vineyards, sustainability practices, and winemaking approaches from 4-7pm. We're wholly enamored with the beautiful, thoughtful and intentionally curated wines Culture Wine Co. is bringing in--and those of Brookdale and Genevieve are among the most exciting South African wines we've tasted. Please join us for an afternoon of community and sipping! Flights of all three wines are $25.
