Join us for a Blind Tasting class guided by our certified and advanced sommeliers! We'll sit and taste together (maybe laugh a little, too), discussing approaches for objectively evaluating the site, smell, taste and structure of four classic wines (two whites, two reds). We always taste wines that showcase variety and region typicity and could be considered "classic" or "fair game" on an intermediate-level CMS or WSET exam.
